I-1 also has many members who are D&C (Drill & Ceremony), involved in the Corps for reasons other than obtaining an army contract. D&C cadets graduate the Corps with a Certificate of Leadership and a sense of pride that they have made it through one of the most difficult yet rewarding challenges of their life. The Corps will give you leadership & life experience that is extremely helpful in any career field.
